Inventory Alpha

Inventory Alpha is a WordPress plugin that turns a basic WooCommerce store into a real operations system, without leaving the WordPress admin. It reads your existing WooCommerce sales from the day you install it.

Every order carries a stored COGS, gross profit, and gross margin, worked out by walking the oldest FIFO cost layers first. That figure appears in Inventory Alpha's own order list and as extra columns on WooCommerce's order screen, so you can see which orders actually made money rather than only what they billed.

Purchase orders run end to end. Pick a supplier, pull in the products at or below their minimum, set cost, tax, discount and quantity per line, then email the order out as a branded document. Receive in full or a few units at a time; each receive raises WooCommerce stock, opens a FIFO cost layer at that line's cost, and writes a movement row you cannot edit or delete.

Stock management adds five figures to every product: default cost, minimum, maximum, run rate, and which suppliers sell it. From those come Low Stock headroom, an Order Proposal, and a Well Stocked or Order Now badge. Variable products open a slide-over where parent defaults cascade to any variation left blank, and one typed value bulk-edits every selected row.

Customer Analytics folds guest and registered orders together by email address and reports spend net of refunds, order count, average order value, purchase frequency, and a churn flag measured against that customer's own rhythm rather than a store average.
